The welded overlay protects the components by increasing exposed components’ resistance to wear and abrasion. Woodings is the exclusive licensee for marketing Franz Grabe’s wear-resistant products in North America.

Siemens VAI is a world leader in metals engineering technology and has developed a variety of equipment for blast furnace applications. Woodings works with Siemans VAI as a licensee to manufacture and sell high-tech equipment and solutions for new and existing blast furnaces in the United States and Canada.

The Baotou Iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd. is one of the largest iron and steel companies in China and also is China's biggest producer of rare earth products. Woodings Industrial Corporation has entered into a new joint Technology Cooperation Agreement with Baotou which includes providing Woodings with the rights to market, engineer and manufacture the Baotou Hydraulic Charging Unit for blast furnaces.
