Woodings Selects Reimer for Blast Furnace Technology Post

 

Jonathan Reimer (Mars, PA) --- Woodings Industrial Corporation, a worldwide leader in the engineering and manufacture of equipment for the metals industry, has named Jonathan Reimer as Director of Blast Furnace Technology for the company. With more than 40 years of experience in blast furnace operation and project management, Reimer brings tremendous expertise and knowledge to the table.

Prior to accepting the Woodings position, Reimer headed up some of the industry's most notable blast projects including overseeing the operation of the #7 blast furnace at Inland Steel Company (now Arcelor Mittal) and serving as primary technical support for US Steel's #14 furnace at the Gary Works. Kvaerner, Furnace Control Engineering and AK Steel are also on Reimer's long list of successful projects.
