NEW VP OF SALES BRINGS ADDITIONAL EXPERTISE TO WOODINGS TEAM

 

(Mars, PA)---Backing up its commitment to provide customers with superior technology, products and service, Woodings Industrial, a worldwide leader in the manufacture of metals industry equipment, has made a significant hire, bringing Robert D’Arrigo on board as   Vice President of Sales.

D’Arrigo, who had been sales manager for Aker Kvaerner for the past six years, brings a wealth of industry knowledge, international experience and technical expertise to Woodings.  D’Arrigo couples sales drive and savvy with a thorough understanding of equipment and environment.  Prior positions include a ten year assignment as director of sales for Hoogovens Technical Services and several years with Fluor Daniel as design supervisor.

D’Arrigo’s duties will include oversight and responsibility for Woodings’ domestic and international sales and marketing efforts. With an extensive network of contacts across the industry and an unusually deep design and technical understanding, D’Arrigo will be working to expand orders around the world and to further enhance Woodings’ reputation as a world-class equipment producer.

D’Arrigo, who is has spent most of his career in blast furnace and iron and steel industry related positions, is 39 years old and lives with his wife and three boys near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
