WOODINGS NAMES BRALICH TO VP-FINANCE POST
(February 1, 2006)—Woodings Industrial Corporation has named Richard Bralich as Vice President-Finance & Administration for the company. In his new position, Bralich will be responsible for the financial management of Woodings and will supervise the administrative operations of the association.

Prior to accepting the Woodings position, Bralich had been a principal in the consulting firm Inglewood Associates since 1995. He performed CFO duties for a retail distribution company, a Tier II automotive parts manufacturer, a timber and lumber company, a mental health facility and a software and hardware integrator. Previously, he served as the chief financial officer for Greenwood Pharmacy and vice president of Ampco Pittsburgh Corporation.

Bralich, who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster College, holds a Master’s degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been a CPA since 1981.
